Maxence Decamp - French CEO & founder of YesMyTrips

I'm the founder and CEO of YesMyTrips. I've been based in Vietnam since 2017 and spent six years working as head of operations in Southeast Asian transport logistics before launching the platform in 2025. The problem I built it around was personal: booking trains in Thailand or Vietnam as a foreigner meant navigating outdated websites, timetables only available in local languages, and zero transparency on what happens when something changes. I've personally traveled the Bangkok to Chiang Mai overnight train, the Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City Reunification Express, and major ferry routes across the Gulf of Thailand. I speak French (native), English (fluent), and functional Vietnamese. I manage all timetable data, route partnerships with the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) and Vietnamese Railways, and customer support. Featured in CCIFV member spotlight, January 2026.
