Our Mission: Beyond the Booking
Founded by French entrepreneur Maxence Decamp in 2025, YesMyTrips was built to close the information gap in Southeast Asian transit. After years of living in the region and working in transport logistics, Maxence saw firsthand that reliable train and ferry data was either buried in local-language sources or simply wrong. We exist to fix that.
Our mission is to ensure that "peace of mind" is a standard feature of every journey, not an add-on. We believe that navigating foreign transport systems shouldn't feel like a risk. By combining specialized booking features with a "human-in-the-loop" service model, we act as your professional concierge from the moment you book until you reach your destination.
How We Verify Our Data
Timetable data is sourced directly from the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) and Vietnamese Railways (VR) and cross-checked against official booking systems. Schedules are reviewed and updated seasonally. Station changes are tracked in real time, including the January 2023 Bangkok terminal switch to Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Station. Route information is tested through direct booking, not third-party aggregation.

Maxence has been based in Vietnam since 2017 and spent six years working in Southeast Asian transport logistics before launching YesMyTrips in 2025. He has personally traveled the Bangkok to Chiang Mai overnight train, the Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City Reunification Express, and key ferry routes across the Gulf of Thailand.
