In the event of a change or cancellation, there will be no refund of the service or payment fee.
⚠️ If you paid via QR code using a Russian bank or Russian payment app, refunds are not possible due to international sanctions.

All fares No change - More than 35 days prior to departure: a fee of 35% of the total ticket value will be applied + 50,000 VND.
- 21-34 days prior to departure: a fee of 70% of the total ticket value will be applied + 50,000 VND.
- 21 days or less prior to departure: No refund.
Fast Track Change Cancellation
All fares On Departure: Changes are allowed up to 24 hours before departure.
On Arrival: Changes are allowed up to 24 hours before arrival. 		No cancellation
Futa Bus Change Cancellation
All fares To change your booking, please present your e-ticket along with your ID at a Futa Bus counter.
Change fees will be applicable as follows:
- Free if requested more than 24 hours before departure and on normal days (no festival/holiday time).
- Not allow if departure is in less than 24 hours or on festival/holiday time. 		To cancel your booking, please present your e-ticket along with your ID at a Futa Bus counter. Refunds will be issued in cash.
Cancellation fees will be applicable as follows:
- Not allow if departure is in less than 24 hours.
- 10% of the ticket fare if requested more than 24 hours before departure and on normal days (no festival/holiday time) + a cancellation fee of 11,000 VND.
- 30% of the ticket fare if requested more than 24 hours before departure and on festival/holiday time + a cancellation fee of 11,000 VND.

- No changes are allowed if the ticket was issued more than 90 days in advance or if there is less than 1 day remaining until departure.
Change fees will be applicable as follows:
- 20% of the ticket fare if changes are made 3 days before departure
- 30% of the ticket fare if changes are made 2 days before departure
- 50% of the ticket fare if changes are made 1 day before departure
- If the new ticket has a higher fare, the difference must be paid in addition to the change fee.
- Passenger name modifications are not permitted under any circumstances. 		- Allowed on normal days (no festival/holiday time).
- No cancellations are allowed if the ticket was issued more than 90 days in advance or if there is less than 1 day remaining until departure.
Cancellation fees will be applicable as follows:
- 70% of the ticket fare + 30THB/ticket + a cancellation fee of 11,000 VND.

Cancellation fees will be applicable as follows:
- 50% of the ticket fare + 50,000 VND per ticket.

Should the transport service be cancelled or delayed because of weather or force majeure, you must cancel your tickets at the station to qualify for a refund.
