Is the price really the same as the station?

The ticket price is set by the operator. We add a small service fee, clearly shown before payment, never hidden. You're paying for the work of verifying the booking and the human on WhatsApp if you need one.

What if I need to change or cancel?

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. The e-ticket in your inbox is enough. Save a copy on your phone (offline + battery safe), print only if it gives you peace of mind. If a route ever requires a paper ticket, we tell you before checkout, you'll never find out at the station.

Can I trust the schedule?

Yes. Our schedules pull live from the operators' own systems, State Railway of Thailand, Vietnam Railways, KTMB Malaysia, with a human review layer on top. We don't republish stale blog data.

Is my payment safe?

SSL encryption end-to-end. Payments processed by 9Pay (Vietnam licensed gateway) for international cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, VNPay and ZaloPay. We don't store your card data.

What if the operator cancels the train?
